and Internet Fraud

No authorized Lexicon dealers are permitted to sell our products on a mail order basis, or over the Internet. Lexicon only sells products through authorized dealers in the US and Canada and maintains a legal agreement with each dealer to ensure that the products are properly represented and supported. Lexicon products purchased from an unauthorized re-seller will not be serviced under warranty. Additionally, Lexicon will provide no service – warranty or non-warranty – for products with altered or missing serial numbers.

This policy is in place to ensure quality service as well as to protect against online and mail order fraud. If you suspect that the serial number of a product you have purchased has been tampered with, contact Lexicon customer support at 516 594 0300.
