Harman’s policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on Harman Luxury Audio products (of the following brands: Mark Levinson, Revel, JBL Synthesis, and Lexicon) purchased from authorized Harman Luxury Audio dealers or distributors (“Dealers”) located in the United States (including its territories) and Canada and only when accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Dealers are NOT permitted to sell Harman Luxury Audio products online.
If you purchase a Harman Luxury Audio product online, or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Harman Luxury Audio warranty will not be valid.
NOTE: ANY WARRANTY ON HARMAN LUXURY AUDIO PRODUCTS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING ITS TERRITORIES) AND CANADA IS GOVERNED BY LOCAL APPLICABLE LAW IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.
You are required to address any warranty service requests to the dealer from which you purchased the Harman Luxury Audio product or the distributor that supplied such product.
